Deploying digital communication and ensuring the animation of the website and social networks for Cairo Metro Line 3.


– Ensuring the digital deployment of communication campaigns

– Update and animate the website, the Facebook page, the Instagram account

– Define an editorial line for publications on social networks and animate these different social networks

– Guaranteeing the reactivity of passenger information distribution in the event of disruptions on the lines

– Responding to customer complaints and/or comments on social networks and on the website
