Charterhouse is working with an international manufacturing business located in Abu Dhabi who are looking to hire an HR Officer to handle a 360 HR role.
The main responsibilities of the role will include day to day HR issues, implementation of policies and procedures, overseeing payroll, handling recruitment as well as disciplinary issues and working closely with the management. The team is circa 100 staff with 60% blue collar workers and 40% white collar workers, therefore the individual will need to be someone that has experience in working at both levels. Please note this role also includes the management of a PRO/Administrator.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree and have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience working within manufacturing, construction or consumer goods is a distinct advantage. Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must for this role.
