2- Ensuring that procedure defined for stock receiving and reporting shortages in stocks from warehouse and inter transfer is fully implemented and followed by the store managers.
3- Ensuring that procedure defined for damage / tester bottles is fully implemented and followed by the store managers.
4- Ensuring that all entries in the software are done on daily basis by the store managers.
5- Ensuring that stores are online during the store working hours.
6- Ensuring that all maintenance work is done at the store in a proper way and in due time.
7- Ensuring that proper staff attendance is maintained at stores
8- Ensuring that all staff problems and matters are resolved in a proper way and in due time.
9- Ensuring that stock standards are maintained at the store. Strong coordination should be kept with planning and distribution department so that so stock shortage is faced at stores.
10- Ensuring that ECP is followed by the store managers.
11- Ensuring that proper filing of expense sheets, receiving, inter transfers, utilities, inter transfer memos, attendance, etc are properly maintained. Also making sure that expense sheets are emailed to head office at shop closing and deposit slips are faxed to head office next day in due time.
